We consider refunds if a prompt is significantly different from its listing description, is non-functional, or was purchased due to a duplicate or accidental transaction.
Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details and reason for the request. We review each request individually.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
