Creators may list original prompts for sale. Buyers receive a license to use purchased prompts as described at the time of purchase. Reselling or redistributing purchased prompts without permission is prohibited.
PromptNest charges a platform fee on each sale, as shown at checkout. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider.
Prompts that promote illegal activity, harassment, or infringe on intellectual property rights are not allowed and may be removed without notice.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
PromptNest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
